Abstract:
Provided is an adhesive film for metal terminals, having high adhesion between a packaging material and a metal terminal and also having excellent electrolyte resistance. The adhesive film for metal terminals is interposed between: a metal terminal electrically connected to an electrode in a battery element; and a packaging material sealing the battery element. The adhesive film for metal terminals comprises a laminate comprising at least one polypropylene layer and at least one acid-modified polypropylene layer. The acid-modified polypropylene layer constitutes a surface on at least one side of the adhesive film for metal terminals. A sea-island structure is observed when a cross-section of the polypropylene layer is observed using an electron microscope photograph and the polypropylene layer has a total thickness of 0.7–3.5 when the total thickness of the acid-modified polypropylene layer is 1.
