Abstract:
An adhesive film mould cavity manufacturing method, the process thereof being: after mixing evenly optical-grade silica gel and phosphor having a mass ratio of 100:10-100:25, implementing vacuum deaeration; injecting the mixed materials into a mould cavity and sealing the mould cavity; placing the sealed mould cavity into a planetary centrifuge and implementing a centrifugal operation; stratifying the phosphor and the silica gel in the mould cavity using a phase deposition method; removing the mould cavity, curing, and releasing from the mould. Using the present mould cavity manufacturing method in combination with phase deposition means produces an adhesive film of integrated phosphor and silica gel, said adhesive film fusing together phosphor and silica gel, and can obtain a structure having a layer of phosphor distributed evenly on an adhesive film surface monolayer.
