Abstract:
An adhesive which is applied to two objects made of mutually different materials and whose bonding strength to the objects can be improved. The insulating bonding material of the adhesive (1) which is provided between the two objects has a 2-layer structure composed of a 1st insulating bonding material layer (4) which is made to adhere to one object and a 2nd insulating bonding material layer (5) which is made to adhere to the other object. The bonding characteristics of the bonding materials (4 and 5) are controlled by changing the types of added coupling agents so as to be suitable for the corresponding objects. The bonding strengths of the bonding materials (4 and 5) to objects can be improved and the bonding strength of anisotropic conductive adhesive to an object can be improved in comparison with the conventional adhesive using only one type of insulating bonding material.
