Abstract:
An adhesive sheet which has, on a substrate or a peel-off material, a resin layer containing a resin portion (X) including a carbon atom containing resin with, as main component, carbon atoms in the main chain of the structural unit, and a particle portion (Y) formed from microparticles containing silica particles; which has an adhesive surface (α), the surface (α) comprising a recessed part and a flat surface; in which a recessed part having a predetermined maximum depth difference and a flat part substantially parallel to the surface in contact with the resin layer corresponding to the cut section of the flat surface in the region (P) are on the surface (α) side of a predetermined cross-section (P1); in which the absolute value of the ratio between the strength ratio of the peak strength derived from silicon atoms as measured by EDX for a predetermined region (S) located under one recess part in the cross-section and the peak strength ratio derived from carbon atoms, and the value of said strength ratio as measured by EDX for a predetermined region (T) located under one flat part in the cross-section, is 0.2 or less.
