Abstract:
Provided are the following: an adhesive sheet for a tire, the sheet having a small rate of dimensional variation due to the passing of time in storage and the like even if a polyolefin-based resin film is used as the substrate; and a method for manufacturing the adhesive sheet for a tire. The adhesive sheet for a tire comprises a substrate and an adhesive layer and is characterized by the following: the adhesive layer comprises a hot-melt-type adhesive composition; the rate of dimensional variation of the adhesive sheet for a tire in the machine direction (MD) measured at 60°C for seven days and in compliance with JIS K 7133 is less than ±0.6%; the substrate is a polyolefin-based resin film; and the hot-melt-type adhesive composition comprises components which are (A) 15-40wt% of a block copolymer, (B) 30-70wt% of a plurality of tackifiers with differing softening points, and (C) 10-50wt% of a liquid hydrocarbon-based plasticizer, with the number average molecular weight of the (C) liquid hydrocarbon-based plasticizer being in the range of 10,000-60,000.
