Provided are: an adhesive sheet for a tire which can finely conform to spews and unevenness of the surface and thereby prevent lifting and peeling thereof even when applied by hand or by an automatic label applicator; a method of producing the adhesive sheet for a tire; and a method of use of the adhesive sheet for a tire. This adhesive sheet for a tire comprises a substrate and an adhesive layer. The Gurley bending resistance of the substrate in accordance with JIS L 1085 (1998) in an MD direction is a value in the range of 0.10 to 0.40 mN, and the Gurley bending resistance in the CD direction is a value in the range of 0.10 to 0.50 mN.
