Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive sheet which has excellent outgas resistance and curling resistance after post curing. The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet which has an adhesive layer obtained by semi-curing an adhesive composition that contains a crosslinkable (meth)acrylic copolymer, a crosslinking agent, a polyrotaxane, a monomer that has a bisphenol skeleton in each molecule, while having two (meth)acryloyl groups, and a polymerization initiator.
