Abstract:
Provided is an adhesive sheet that can be temporarily fixed to an adherend in a detachable manner, that does not require high output laser light irradiation for detachment, and that can eliminate the necessity of a step for rinsing the adherend after detachment. The adhesive sheet comprises an adhesive layer containing a UV absorber and/or a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the light transmittance of the adhesive sheet at a wavelength of 355 nm is not more than 60%, and the adhesive layer has an indentation modulus of 25 MPa at 23°C after being irradiated with UV rays at 300 mJ/cm2.
