Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet having an adhesive agent layer that has an adhesive surface having a wettability unlikely to change even when being exposed in an air environment and that is unlikely to cause detachment or positional deviation of electronic components when transporting same. The adhesive sheet according to the present invention has an adhesive agent layer 10 in which an adhesive surface 10a thereof is protected by a release liner R1. The adhesive agent layer 10 exhibits a displacement R of 5° or less regarding water contact angles θ1, θ2 with respect to the adhesive surface 10a under the following conditions T1, T2, respectively. T1: Immediately after the release liner R1 is detached in a 23°C-environment.
T2: Two hours after detaching the release liner R1 in a 23°C-environment so as to expose the adhesive surface 10a in an air environment.
θ1: Water contact angle (°) of the adhesive surface 10a at T1.
θ2: Water contact angle (°) of the adhesive surface 10a at T2.
Displacement R(°) = θ2-θ1
