Abstract:
A device capable of easily splicing ACF tapes etc. that are narrow and difficult
to handle. The device is a device for joining together two ACF tapes (210) having
ACFs (212) and has first holding means for holding one of the ACF tapes (210), second
holding means for holding the other ACF tape (210), a placement section (115)
for placing the ACF tapes (210) so that they are superposed on each other in the
thickness direction, and a pressing section (116) for pressing the ACF tapes
(210) together in the thickness direction.
