Abstract:
　Provided is an adhesive tape for preventing adhesion by aquatic organisms, said tape having a high osmosis-suppressing effect together with making it possible to effectively prevent the adhesion of aquatic organisms. This adhesive tape for preventing adhesion by aquatic organisms includes an antifouling layer, a base layer, and an adhesive layer in that order, wherein the water vapor permeability of the base layer, when the thickness is converted to 25 μm, is less than 800 g/m2・24 hr in an atmosphere having a temperature of 40℃ and a humidity of 90% RH.
