Abstract:
The present invention enables a user to cut tape without directly pulling a cutting blade in such a manner that when the user simply pulls the tape down, the pressing force of the tape lowers a cutting part driving the blade to thus cause a rotational motion of the blade. Accordingly, since the tape is cut crosswise from one side while the tape is moving, the tape is easily cut.
