Abstract:

The purpose of the invention is to provide, substantially without using any phthalate plasticizers such as DOP or DBP, a polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape or sheet that has properties equaling or exceeding adhesive tapes or sheets that use phthalate plasticizers. The polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape or sheet has a base layer formed by blending 10 - 40 parts by weight of a plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin, and an adhesive layer formed on one surface of said base layer. The plasticizer contains at least one kind of plasticizer with an SP value of 9.0 or more.
