Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive tape that has high initial adhesive strength, and can have an increase in adhesiveness suppressed even when subjected to a high-temperature thermal treatment step. This adhesive tape has an adhesive agent layer, wherein the adhesive agent layer contains an acrylic adhesive agent component and a silicone compound, and, when the adhesive tape is attached to glass with the adhesive agent layer of the adhesive tape facing the glass, is heated at 220°C for 120 minutes, and is detached, and the adhesive agent layer is measured by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS), the ratio (A/B) of an ion intensity ratio A of mass number 71 and mass number 75 (the intensity of the ion of mass number 75/the intensity of the ion of mass number 71) in a region 1 nm from the surface of the adhesive agent layer in a thickness direction thereof, and an ion intensity ratio B of mass number 71 and mass number 75 (the intensity of the ion of mass number 75/the intensity of the ion of mass number 71) in a region 50 nm from the surface of the adhesive agent layer in the thickness direction, is 10 or more.
