Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adhesively laminated core manufacturing apparatus for applying an adhesive to strips moving within a progressive molding apparatus so as to stack core sheets in an adhesively laminating manner, the adhesively laminated core manufacturing apparatus comprising: a molding apparatus comprising an upper mold and a lower mold wherein piercing punches and a blanking punch mounted on the upper mold blank strips consecutively transferred on the top of the lower mold so as to form core sheets and stack the core sheets; and first and second adhesive application apparatuses, which are mounted respectively on the upper mold and the lower mold and apply an adhesive to the upper and lower sides of the strips while the punches blank the strips, wherein the adhesive is a two-liquid adhesive comprising a curing agent and a main agent, and the first and second adhesive application apparatuses are configured to apply the curing agent and the main agent respectively, thereby allowing swift and stable adhesive application at a desired application point and contributing to increased productivity of laminated cores.
