Title:
ADHESIVENESS-IMPROVING AGENT OBTAINED FROM POLYVINYL ACETAL SOLUTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/125689
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an adhesiveness-improving agent obtained from a polyvinyl acetal solution, which has a low amount of foreign matter and has excellent solution storage stability, the solution itself having excellent adhesiveness to the adherend after coating, and which also has excellent storage stability after adhesion to the adherend. Also to provide a molding and a laminate on which said adhesiveness-improving agent has been coated to form a film. [Solution] An adhesiveness-improving agent obtained from a solution containing polyvinyl acetal for which the degree of acetalization is 50-85%, the vinyl ester monomer unit content is 0.1-20 mole%, and the viscosity average polymerization degree is 200-5000. The peak top molecular weight (A) measured with a differential refractive index detector when said polyvinyl acetal, which has been heated for three hours at 230°C, is measured by gel permeation chromatography and the peak top molecular weight (B) measured with an absorbance detector (measurement wavelength 280nm) satisfy formula (1),
(A-B)/A < 0.60 (1)
and the absorbance at the peak top molecular weight (B) is 0.50 x 10-3 to 1.00 x 10-2.
