Title:
ADIPOSE-DERIVED STEM CELL SHEET FOR TRANSPLANTATION HAVING INCREASED ANGIOGENESIS THROUGH THREE-DIMENSIONAL CO-CULTURE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/101185
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an adipose-derived stem cell sheet containing three-dimensional spherical cells, wherein three-dimensional spherical cells of adipose-derived stem cells are co-cultured on a sheet composed of the adipose-derived stem cells; and a method for producing same. When the adipose-derived stem cell sheet containing three-dimensional spherical cells according to the present invention is transplanted into a patient having an ischemic disease, a high stem cell engraftment rate and angiogenesis are exhibited, and thus the adipose-derived stem cell sheet is considered to be effective for treating ischemic diseases.
