The first and second bands have free ends which are secured on the medial central back portion which is the adjustment. The medial back central pieces comprises of a left and right side respectively which correlates to the first band and the second band free ends as the left and the right sides of the medial central band extend outwards from the mid axillary line of the body between the two shoulders blades and the first band attaches to the left side of the medial central piece from the mid axillary line to the left shoulder blade with hooks and loops/eyes , buttons, snaps, buckles or even velcro, or tunnels and hooks. The second band from the right front under band then attaches to the right side of the medial central back piece on it’ s right side of the mid axillary line to the right shoulder blade with hooks and loops/eyes, buttons, buckles, snaps or velcro, tunnels and hooks. The first and second under band segments with free ends of the first band and the second band are releasably secured to the respective left and right sides of the medial central back piece which maybe attached to shoulder straps . The hooks or loops, buckles, snaps, buttons, tunnels and hooks or other affixable material such as velcro are located on the medial back central piece with the adjoining portion whether it be the hook of a loop/eye or button hole for button or a tunnel is located on the first band and the second bands respective two free ends adjusting the length appropriately to fit the torso of the wearer. 19

2. The bra of Claim 1 wherein the length adjustment elements are located on the medial back central portion band, a central piece connected to the shoulder straps, where the two free ends or sides of the respective bands meet on the medial back central piece, each below each shoulder blade and connect each side with hooks or buttons, snaps, buckles, velcro, tunnels and hooks to the accompanying rows of hooks and loops/eyes, buttons snaps , buckles, velcro, tunnels and hooks , located on the medial central back piece extending from the shoulder straps.

3. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein each of the length adjustment elements comprises two straps or protruding bands attached to the medial central back band and located just below the shoulder blades on the medial central back portion piece, which spans the back of the wearer.

4. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein each of the length adjustment elements comprises of two straps and medial central back portion piece with hooks and loops/eyes, buttons, snaps, buckles or tunnels and hooks or velcro or releasable or affixable adhesive.

5. The bra of claim 1 and 2 wherein the bra is a front and or/back closure bra and the band comprises one each side of protruding back bands, and a back medial central piece connected to shoulder straps which has tunnels and the two back bands free ends have hooks to hook onto the respective vertical tunnels.

6. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein the length adjustment features are located on the back bands.

7. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein the length adjustment features are located on the medial central back portion piece attached to two shoulder straps, a medial central back portion which spans across the back of the wearer to just below the respective shoulder blades left and right. 20

8. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein the bra is strapless or has no straps.

9. The bra of Claim 1 and 2 wherein the bra’s straps criss cross or are t- shaped.
