It is invented as eing a more flexible and easy-to-use apparatus.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1- The invention that is about an adjustable circle cutter (1) which can eliminate cutting problems in current techniques, and which can allow cutting of materials in various fields such as hardboard, mdf, derivatives of wood, drywall, precast concrete panel, gas concrete, composite with different diameters and the invention includes an adjustable circle cutter main shaft (1.1), which all other parts are mounted on, providing mounting of the optional adjustable circle cutter (1) to the drill (2), at least one cutter arm (1.2) on which at least one cutting bits (1.3) for cutting materials mounted, drill bits (1.4) connected to the adjustable 5 circle cutter main shaft (1.1), enabling the adjustable circle cutter (1) to rotate on the axis without slipping by drilling the material to be cut, lower flange (1.6) and upper flange (1.7) for fixing at least one cutting arm (1.2), at least one bolt (1.8) for mounting the lower flange (1.6) and the upper flanges (1.7) to each other, at least one nut (1.5) for fixing of the mounted adjustable circle cutter (1).

2- The main shaft (1.1) that stated in the Claim 1 has the hexagonal bits (1.1.1) of the adjustable circle cutter main shaft that prevents rotation during drilling and providing the mounting of adjustable circle cutter (1) to the drill (2).

3- The main shaft (1.1) that stated in the Claim 1 has the left threaded bits (1.1.2) of the adjustable circle cutter main shaft, where at least one nut (1.5) is tightened, allowing the adjustable circle cutter (1).

4- The main shaft (1.1) that stated in the Claim 1 can be fixedly mounted, drill bit space (1.1.3) for drilling the material to be cut, allowing the adjustable circle cutter (1) to rotate on the axis without slipping and for easy insertion of the drill bits (1.4) connected to the adjustable circle cutter main shaft (1.1), and the drill bits conduit (1.1.4) that the drill bits (1.4) is inserted.

5- The lower flange that stated in the Claim 1 (1.6) has the feature of the adjustable circle cutter, lower flange cutting arm conduit (1.6.1) where the cutting arm (1.2) is mounted on the cutting bits (1.3) which provides the cutting of materials, and lower flange main shaft left thread (1.6.2) enables the lower flange (1.6) and prevents loosening during drilling.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) 6- The upper flange that stated in the Claim 1 (1.7) has the feature of the adjustable circle cutter, the upper flange cutting arm conduit (1.7.1) where the cutting arm (1.2) is mounted on the cutting bits (1.3) which provides the cutting of materials and the upper flange main shaft hole (1.7.2) through which the upper flange (1.7) passes through the adjustable circle cutter main shaft (1.1).

ADJUSTABLE CIRCLE CUTTER

The invention is about an adjustable circle cutter which can eliminate cutting problems in current techniques, and which can allow cutting of materials in various fields such as hardboard, mdf, derivatives of wood, drywall, precast concrete panel, gas concrete, composite with different diameters.

Today, circular cutting of hardboard, mdf, derivatives of wood, drywall, precast concrete panel, gas concrete, composite, and materials in various industries is done by fixing the saw toothed cutters to the bowl-shaped-apparatus called punch adapter. This punch adapter is fixed to the drill and used mobile. Although currently it is possible to cut circularly in different diameters with punch adapter and bowl-shaped saw blade, there are some difficulties. Firstly, the cost is high because for each diameter a different bowl-shaped saw gear cutter is required. Secondly, bowl-shaped saw gear cutter becomes blind in a short time. Also, the circular part cut jams into the cutter often. Lastly, in the current method the toothed cutters are right hand- side and while jamming they rotate in the same direction with the drill. That’s why the nut between the cutter and adaptor looses. Today, there is also another tool known as the adjustable drywall cutter is used for circular cutting. In the adjustable drywall cutter, the cutter blades at the two ends of the metal rod in the middle of an adapter are used by adjusting the hole diameter to be cut. Although the adjustable drywall cutter is frequently preferred by the users, it has disadvantages such as balancing problems due to the rotation of a long rod according to the adapter and can not be used in confined spaces.

That’s why there is a need for an adjustable circle cutter which can eliminate these cutting problems in current techniques, and which can allow cutting of materials in various fields such as hardboard, mdf, derivatives of wood, drywall, precast concrete panel, gas concrete, composite with different diameters.

The present invention overcomes the above problems wholly and provides a circular cutting process of different diameters with the same cutter. The invention has many advantages. An advantage of the present circle cutter is cutting bits do not blind in a short time, and when it blinds, it is easy to change.

Another advantage of the present circle cutter is it has the feature to prevent the cut piece from jamming in the cutter.

Another advantage of the present circle cutter is that; thanks to the gear on the body shaft of the adjustable cutter being inverted, when the cutter is forced during cutting, it is tightened even further, and can get over of forcing problem,

Another advantage of the present circle cutter is it does not create a balancing problem due to the short length of the cutter.

Another advantage of the present circle cutter is that it can be used in confined spaces.

Another advantage of the present circle cutter is that it includes a drill bits that allows the adjustable circle cutter to rotate on the axis without slipping by drilling the material to be cut.

This invention includes an adjustable circle cutter main shaft (1.1), which all other parts are mounted on, providing mounting of the optional adjustable circle cutter (1) to the drill (2), at least one cutter arm (1.2) on which at least one cutting bits (1.3) for cutting materials mounted, drill bits (1.4) connected to the adjustable 5 circle cutter main shaft (1.1), enabling the adjustable circle cutter (1) to rotate on the axis without slipping by drilling the material to be cut, lower flange (1.6) and upper flange (1.7) for fixing at least one cutting arm (1.2), at least one bolt (1.8) for mounting the lower flange (1.6) and the upper flanges (1.7) to each other, at least one nut (1.5) for fixing of the mounted adjustable circle cutter (1). In Figure 6, in detail view of the lower flange (1.6) of the adjustable circle cutter, lower flange cutting arm conduit (1.6.1) where the cutting arm (1.2) is mounted on the cutting bits (1.3) which provides the cutting of materials, and lower flange main shaft left thread (1.6.2) enables the lower flange (1.6) and prevents loosening during drilling are shown.

In Figure 7, in detail view of the upper flange (1.7) of the adjustable circle cutter, the upper flange cutting arm conduit (1.7.1) where the cutting arm (1.2) is mounted on the cutting bits (1.3) which provides the cutting of materials and the upper flange main shaft hole (1.7.2) through which the upper flange (1.7) passes through the adjustable circle cutter main shaft (1.1) are shown.

The use of a preferred organization of the invention is as follows:

As can be easily understood from the drawings of Figure 1, the view of the adjustable circular cutter (1) in mounted to the drill (2) form and Figure 3, the exploded view of the adjustable circular cutter (1); the cutter bits (1.3) is mounted on the cutting arm (1.2) by any of the known methods such as 5 welding, soldering, adhesive, mechanical coupling. On the main shaft (1.1) of the adjustable circular cutter; one nut (1.5), top flange (1.7), lower flange (1.6), other nut (1.5), drill bits (1.4) are placed respectively. Position of the cutting arms (1.2) are adjusted according to the diameter of the circular shape to be drilled, between the lower flange cutting arm conduit (1.6.1) and the upper flange cutting arm conduit (1.7.1). After the adjustment is completed, the nut (1.5) contacting the lower flange (1.6) and the lower flange (1.6) is tightened. By tightening the nut (1.5) contacting the lower flange (1.6), the drill bit (1.4) is also fixed. Finally, the lower flange (1.6) and the upper flange (1.7) are fixed between them with at least one bolt (1.8). The adjustable circle cutter (1), fixed to the diameter of the circular shape to be drilled and fixed, is fixed to the drill (2) with the hexagonal bits (1.1.1) of the adjustable circle cutter main shaft and becomes ready for use.

With the mentioned adjustable circular cutter (1) invention, adjustable circle cutters in various sizes can be produced.
