Abstract:
An adjustable contact force type ultrasonic guided wave damage detection system, which comprises an upper computer, a control interface and an ultrasonic guided wave damage detection device, wherein the ultrasonic guided wave damage detection device comprises a base module, an ultrasonic guided wave probe module and a pressure measuring module; the upper computer is respectively connected with the pressure measuring module and the ultrasonic guided wave probe module in the ultrasonic guided wave damage detection device and is used for controlling the ultrasonic guided wave damage detection device through the control interface; the base module, as a support structure of the detection device, is connected with the pressure measuring module and used for detecting the bearing of the device and an initial position of a probe; and the ultrasonic guided wave probe module is composed of a wedge block (4) and a piezoelectric ceramic piece (5), wherein the piezoelectric ceramic piece (5) is attached to the lower bottom edge inside the wedge block (4) and used for exciting and receiving ultrasonic guided waves; the pressure measuring module is composed of a pressure sensor (3) and an intelligent display instrument, and the pressure sensor is connected with the intelligent display instrument and displays the pressure of the pressure sensor (3) through the intelligent display instrument and transmits pressure data to the upper computer.
