Abstract:
An adjustable fibre coiling device comprises a fixed plate (10), a movable fibre winding column (20) and an elastic element (30). The movable fibre winding column (20) is slidably connected to the fixed plate (10), a first end of the elastic element (30) is connected to the fixed plate (10), and a second end is connected to the movable fibre winding column (20). When the movable fibre winding column (20) slides relative to the fixed plate (10) under an applied external force, the elastic element (30) generates an elastic deformation; and when the external force is withdrawn, the elastic element (30) drives the movable fibre winding column (20) to reset. On one hand, the adjustable fibre coiling device can facilitate a fibre hanging or fibre combing operation when fibres jump, and on the other hand, the adjustable fibre coiling device can resolve the difference generated because the excess length of jumping fibres and two fibre winding columns are not completely the same.
