An adjustable floating pipe type hydroelectric generating device comprises a water turbine (29), a generator (31), and a floating pipeline. A water collector (4) and a cyclone cone (5) provided with a cyclone plate are arranged at a water inflow end of the floating pipeline sequentially. A water regulating door (1) and a regulating door controller (26) are arranged at the front end of the water collector (4); the water collector (4) is used for collecting running water, so that the water flow is gradually accelerated; and the water flow is further accelerated to swirl by the cyclone cone (5), so as to generate greater rotational energy. The generating device is applicable to both deep water and shoal water, fully utilizing various complex water flow environments. The water regulating door (1) is used; the electric signal changes according to the change of the water flow speed, and the opening and closing of the water regulating door (1) is controlled automatically, thereby ensuring stable generating efficiency of the generating device.
