Abstract:
Disclosed is an adjustable headrest, comprising: a headrest (1) mounted on a head pad support plate (21); a base used for supporting an adjustable headrest; and an angle direction adjustment system, with the top being connected to the head pad support plate (21), and the bottom being connected to the base, wherein the angle direction adjustment system is connected to the head pad support plate (21) through a universal connecting piece. With the universal connecting piece, the headrest (1) can rotate left and right and forward and backward, so as to facilitate a user to adjust the centre of gravity of the head to find a more comfortable sleeping posture. The adjustable headrest has a simple structure and an easy manufacturing method, is easy to operate, can conveniently adjust the height and angle of the headrest (1) and improve the comfort in use, and can adapt to the demands on use in various environments, such as a couch body, a table top and a chair.
