Abstract:
An adjustable helmet (1) comprises a loop-like latitudinal shell (11) and a longitudinal shell (12) bridge connected on the latitudinal shell (11). An adjusting device (2) capable of adjusting the length of the shell is provided on at least one of the latitudinal shell (11) and the longitudinal shell (12). A bidirectional locking mechanism (3) is provided in the adjusting device (2). The bidirectional locking mechanism (3) comprises a ratchet wheel (31) and a ratchet wheel seat (32) snap fitted with each other. After being adjusted by the adjusting device (2), the latitudinal shell (11) or the longitudinal shell (12) is locked and fixed by the bidirectional locking mechanism (3), and thus the latitudinal shell (11) or the longitudinal shell (12) can not continue extending outwardly or retracting inwardly. The adjustable helmet (1) has a fixed head circumference size in use, and thus it is convenient to use. A head massager comprises the adjustable helmet (1) and massagers provided on the adjustable helmet (1). The head massager is more convenient to operate and use.
