Disclosed is an adjustable installing device for installing a transfer case of engineering machinery, comprising a transfer case (12) and a main oil pump (11), wherein the main oil pump (11) is installed on the transfer case (12), the transfer case (12) is slidably installed on a base frame of the engineering machinery, the main oil pump (11) and the transfer case (12) are assembled as a whole, and the transfer case (12) drives the main oil pump (11) to vibrate when vibrating, such that the relative movement therebetween is effectively limited, and the damage to the main oil pump (11) is reduced; the transfer case (12) can move along a slideway on a sliding rail (20) when being installed, and the installing position is adjusted to ensure the installation; the novel structure is integrally assembled, an original outside hanging plate is removed, and the assembling efficiency is improved; in addition, the universality is good, and the number of parts can be reduced.
