Abstract:
An adjustable interspinous fusion device, comprising forward fixed structures (1), rear fixed structures (2), movable structures (3), and a fastening structure (4). The movable structures are respectively provided in the middle portions of the forward fixed structures and of the rear fixed structures, and the forward fixed structures and the rear fixed structures, after being connected by means of the movable structures can, during the implanting process, be further fastened to form a whole by means of a fixing structure. The interspinous fusion device can be implanted into an intervertebral space by means of a small incision or pathway, and has the following features that: the contact area with the implanted bone matter and the vertebral body surface is large, the stress distribution is wide, and support is high, and can be used for degenerative diseases of the cervical and lumbar vertebrae.
