Abstract:
The invention refers to machine building, predominantly to magnetic supports of highspeed rotors with vertical axle of rotation, for example, energy storage, centrifuge, gyroscope and other similar device rotors. Adjustable magnetodynamic suppport of vertical rotor (1) includes, on the one hand, the end thurst bearing (2) at one of the rotor ends and a magnetic system including alternating magnetic field periodically changing in space on the basis of annular constant multiple-pole magnet (6) with periodical alternating magnetization, and on the other hand - a rotor or stator system containing the element (5) with high electrical conductivity. Herewith, the moving line of the annular constant multiple-pole magnet (6) facing the element (5) with high electrical conductivity is inclined at acute angle (0°<ά<90°) to the lower end of the magnet, if the end thrust bearing is required to be unloaded upwards, or to the upper end of the magnet, if the end thurst bearing is required to be unloaded downwards, and the moving line of the element with high electrical conductivity is parallel to that of the magnet and inclined at angle (90°-a) to the vertical axle of rotor, with inclination (a) of the magnet moving line being defined by set degree of unloading of the end thurst bearing. Technical outcome: considerable reduction of load on the end thurst bearing in dynamics, down to any set degree of unloading of the end thurst bearing, up to rotor levitation, dampening all types of rotor oscillations, including that focused on axial oscillations; high radial stiffness in dynamics; simplicity of design and fitness for mass production; increased product reliability and performance life due to "magnetic lubrication".
