Abstract:
The present application relates to an adjustable pillow. The adjustable pillow comprises a pillow body, and a sleeping posture sensing sheet, a neck air bag, a head air bag, a driving mechanism and a control mechanism that are mounted on the pillow body, wherein the pillow body is provided with a head area and a neck area; the sleeping posture sensing sheet is used for detecting human body sleeping posture information; the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the head air bag and the neck air bag; the head air bag can adjust the height of the head area; the neck air bag can adjust the height of the neck area; and the control mechanism is respectively connected to the sleeping posture sensing sheet and the driving mechanism. The sleeping posture sensing sheet senses human body sleeping posture information and sends same to the control mechanism, and the control mechanism determines, according to the received human body sleeping posture information, a human body sleeping posture condition; the control mechanism sends, according to the determined human body sleeping posture condition, corresponding first information and second information to the driving mechanism; and the driving mechanism obtains the first information and the second information to respectively drive the neck air bag to adjust the height of the neck area and drive the head air bag to adjust the height of the head area.
