An adjustable plate material leveling machine, comprising a base (1), support columns (2) being provided on both left and right sides of the top of the base, sliding grooves (3) being symmetrically provided on outer walls of opposite sides of the two support columns, lifting grooves (4) being slidably connected within the two sliding grooves, and a transversal arm (5) being provided on the tops of the two support columns. When the leveling machine is used to level a plate material, an adjustment handle (7) can be rotated according to the thickness of the plate material, the distance between upper drive rollers (29) and lower drive rollers (14) is changed, achieving the leveling of the plate materials with different thicknesses. Water entering a housing (18) flows into a movable block (24) through a water inlet hole and a through hole, so as to cool the upper drive rollers and upper driven rollers (31), avoiding deformation of the plate material due to overheating. While the elastic force generated by the deformation of a spring telescopic rod (26) is used to press the plate material, the effect of over-pressure protection is achieved, avoiding deformation of the plate material due to an excessive pressure being applied thereon.
