Abstract:
Disclosed is an adjustable three-dimensional measurement apparatus for workpiece measurement, which relates to the technical field of mechanical measurement. The adjustable three-dimensional measurement apparatus for workpiece measurement comprises a measurement device pedestal, wherein a right side of the measurement device pedestal is fixedly connected to a fixing base, an upper surface of the measurement device pedestal is fixedly connected to a fixing rod, an upper end of the fixing rod is provided with a handle, a lower surface of the handle is fixedly connected to a movable column, a circumferential surface of the movable column is slidably connected to an upper surface of the fixing rod in a penetrating manner, and a rear surface of the measurement device pedestal is fixedly connected to a fixing baffle; the upper surface of the measurement device pedestal is provided with a delivery device; a lower surface of the movable column is provided with a measurement device; the delivery device comprises a conveying belt, an inner wall of the conveying belt is provided with gear teeth, and lower surfaces of the gear teeth mesh with a gear; and a front face of the fixing baffle is fixedly connected to an electric motor, and an output shaft of the electric motor is fixedly connected to a rear surface of the gear. In this way, a measurement head will not be deformed due to pressing by a workpiece, thereby further protecting the device and prolonging the service life of the device.
