Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an adjustable universal vertical clamp for CMM profile measurement of a precision forged blade. The adjustable universal vertical clamp can be used for clamping a precision forged blade during CMM profile measurement, is suitable for blades having different heights and different positions of center holes, has strong universality and can reduce cost. The adjustable universal vertical clamp comprises a base, a main connecting seat, a lower center mounting seat I, a lower center mounting seat II, an upright post, an upper center mounting mechanism, a lower center I, a lower center II and an upper center, wherein the upper center mounting mechanism is connected to the upright post and is used for mounting the upper center, and the upper center mounting mechanism is slidably connected to the upright post and is locked onto the upright post by means of a locking mechanism; the main connecting seat comprises a connecting seat I and a connecting seat II, and positioning grooves are respectively formed in the connecting seat I and the connecting seat II; the lower center mounting seat I and the lower center mounting seat II are respectively mounted in the positioning grooves and are respectively detachably connected to the connecting seat I and the connecting seat II; and the connecting seat I and the connecting seat II are respectively connected to the main connecting seat by means of a position adjusting mechanism.
