Abstract:
An adjusting device for achieving a reclining posture of a vehicle seat. The device is connected between the lower side of a height adjusting mechanism of the seat and the upper side of an upper sliding rail of the seat and comprises an upper fixing support (1), a front-end execution mechanism (2), a front-end supporting and driving mechanism (3) and a rear-end support assembly (4). The upper fixing support (1) is provided with a front-end fixing supporting rod (1.8); the left end and the right end of the front-end fixing supporting rod are fixedly connected to left and right fixing supporting rods (1.6, 1.7) respectively; the inner side of the front-end fixing supporting rod is fixedly connected to left and right fixing supports (1.1.1, 1.1.2); and front portions and rear portions of the left and right fixing supporting rods (1.6, 1.7) are each respectively provided with a connecting hole to be hinged to a front adjusting rod and a rear adjusting rod of the height adjusting mechanism. The front-end execution mechanism (2) comprises a hollow transverse pipe (2.1), left and right execution supports (2.2.1, 2.2.2) and left and right fixing supports (1.1.1, 1.1.2), wherein the left and right execution supports (2.2.1, 2.2.2) can be driven by rotating the hollow transverse pipe (2.1), such that the upper fixing support (1) is pulled to move in a traction manner, and the pitch adjustment of the seat is achieved. An electric motor (3.4) of the front-end supporting and driving mechanism (3) can drive the hollow transverse pipe (2.1) of the front-end execution mechanism (2) to rotate. The rear-end support assembly (4) serves as a rack of the device; the front portion of the rear-end support assembly is connected to the front-end supporting and driving mechanism (3); and the rear portion of the rear-end support assembly is connected to the rear end of the upper fixing support (1). The adjusting device is simple, compact, convenient, rapid, independent in structure, and low in cost.
