Abstract:

CLAIMS

1. ADJUSTING PAD

The invention rerefers to sleeping pillows with suspension, classic or anatomic, which are placed by the individual on the bedding of any mattress, of any double or single bed, they lay down to sleep, rest their neck and head on them and sleep.

Each time a person lays down to sleep on bedding of any mattress, their neck and head from the weight draw a downward circle arc, at the same time they move horizontally on the sleeping pillow on which they rest. The height of their neck from the mattress increases or decreases in each position they turn and sleep. The well-known sleeping pillows leaning on the bedding of the mattress of any bedroom or bed support the neck and head of the person sleeping on them, but they also have disadvantages, in a loaded position they can not be moved horizontally, together with the head and the neck of the person, at the same time they do not have a way on the side that supports the neck of the person to move to a greater height or to a lower height above the mattress. Efforts have been made in the past to improve the known pillows. The dynamic neck relief pillow was made. It is a combination of a mechanism and a standard sleeping pillow, which has the way and through a lower or higher height of a circle arc that copies from the circle arc, passes through the base of the neck and the person's head moves horizontally equal or greater horizontal length than the neck and the head of the man sleeping on it. However, it cannot increase or decrease its height on the side that supports the person's neck.

In addition to the advantages, the standard sleeping pillow and the dynamic neck relief pillow also have a disadvantage because most of them in a loaded position allow and create a stressful feeling in the neck of the person sleeping on them, also often allowing pressure to be acumulated on the neck of the person when sleeping on them. The dynamic cushioning relief of the neck tension, does not allow to create a pressurised strain on the neck of the person, it allows this non numerous occasion and a strain is created and this is a disadvantage. In practice, it is proven to be good for the well-being of the neck of each individual, but it has room to do even more good, it isn't attractive, it is difficult to use, it is difficult to pack and transport.

The present invention aims to create an adjustable cushion that weighs from « 700 g to « 1,200 g, is portable, can be packed and transported more easily, is more elegant, the housewife placing it on the bedding of any bedroom with satisfaction, as it rests to date on the standard sleeping pillows and in the same places. In a loaded position, in all the heights of all the positions that the person turns and sleeps on, our adjusting pillow supports the person's neck with a pleasant resistance force, per cm2 that the person has adjusted and predetermines while he gets more comfortable, not allowing strain to be created on the base of the neck, at the same time more elastic not to allow stress to be created on the neck, or to pull the neck of the person with another adjustment if required. According to the invention this is achieved with the adjusting pillow, due to the fact that the suspension lifts the anatomic pillow and holds it raised above the mattress, the individual with pulling the elastic band and a drawstring latch can adjust a smaller or larger vertical height raised the anatomic pillow with the upper level on the side that supports its neck usually at an additional height « 2cm and with the drawstring and another drawstring latch it can adjust the height of a circle arch that is held in a circle by raising the anatomic pillow with the upper level on the side that supports the person's head, usually holding a string length » 5cm between the two levels with the rope latch. The bottom layer rests on the bedding of any mattress. An adjustable pillow, according to the present invention has many advantages as the anatomic pillow with the upper level in an unloaded resting position is suspended on the mattress each time the recommended force is loaded by the weight of the neck and head , is applied on the anatomic pillow supported in length from « 9cm to » 15 cm from the traction hose. The adjustment pad at all heights of all the positions that the person turns and sleeps on, supports their neck like a lever with a resistance force per cm2 which the person predetermines as they feel most comfortable, placing the two springs in another pair of positions between the two levels. The adjustable pillow with the first adjustment, zeroes the horizontal forces that compress his neck and eliminates the stress of grief while at the same time supports the neck of the person from the vertical forces of his weight and eliminates the stress of bending over their neck when they sleeps and helps the person's body more effectively and prevents cervical, respiratory and circulatory problems.
