The dynamic cushioning relief of the neck tension, does not allow to create a pressurised strain on the neck of the person, it allows this non numerous occasion and a strain is created and this is a disadvantage. In practice, it is proven to be good for the well-being of the neck of each individual, but it has room to do even more good, it isn't attractive, it is difficult to use, it is difficult to pack and transport.

The present invention aims to create an adjustable cushion that weighs from « 700 g to « 1,200 g, is portable, can be packed and transported more easily, is more elegant, the housewife placing it on the bedding of any bedroom with satisfaction, as it rests to date on the standard sleeping pillows and in the same places.
