Abstract:
Disclosed is an adjusting structure of an eddy current sensor, the adjusting structure comprising an eddy current fixing base (1), an eddy current bottom plate (2), a spring buffering mechanism (3), a rotary adjusting mechanism (4) and an eddy current mechanism (5), wherein the rotary adjusting mechanism (4) is arranged on the eddy current fixing base (1), the eddy current mechanism (5) is arranged on the rotary adjusting mechanism (4), the bottom of the eddy current fixing base (1) is provided with the eddy current bottom plate (2), and the spring buffering mechanism (3) is arranged on the eddy current bottom plate (2). A control system on an inspection robot drives an adjusting electric motor (41) in the rotary adjusting mechanism (4) to work, such that a speed reducer (42) is driven to work together with same; and the output torque of a driving adjusting shaft (43) is increased by means of the action of the speed reducer (42), and then by means of the meshing action between a driving adjusting gear (45) and a driven adjusting gear (46), the driven adjusting gear (46) drives a driven adjusting shaft (44) to execute a rotary movement, and an eddy current rotary table (47) is then driven to execute a rotary movement together, such that four eddy current sensor assemblies (53, 54, 55, 56) can be adjusted to appropriate positions, and it is convenient for the inspection robot to perform eddy current detection on electrical components in a power station to complete related detection work.
