Abstract:
An adjusting device of a spring force of a return spring provided in a brake arm for a bicycle, wherein a brake arm (4) and a return spring (10) are mounted on the supporting shaft (3C) of a mounting pedestal (3) locked to a body fork (2), one end (10A) of the return spring (10) is locked either to the mounting pedestal (3) or to the brake arm (4), while an adjustable screw (19) having an engaging part (20A) that engages with the other end (10B) of the return spring (10) at its head is threadedly engaged, thus making the adjustment of the spring force possible while preventing the side slipping of the other end (10A) of the return spring (10).
