Abstract:
An adjustment apparatus for a flat-head roller crusher, comprising a frame (1), an eccentric rotor (2), an arc-shaped crushing wall (4) mounted on a first rotating shaft (3) of the frame (1) and capable of rotating around the rotating shaft (3), and an adjustment device (5); the adjustment device (5) comprises a second rotating shaft (5-4), an adjustment rod (5-1), and a first crank (5-3) and a second crank (5-5) connected to the second rotating shaft (5-4) in a rigid manner; connecting plates (5-2) are respectively provided at two ends of the second rotating shaft (5-4); one end of the adjustment rod (5-1) is connected to the first crank (5-3) in a rotatable manner, and the other end of the adjustment rod (5-1) is connected to the frame (1) in a rotatable manner; one end of the second crank (5-5) is connected to the second rotating shaft (5-4) in a rigid manner, the other end of the second crank (5-5) is provided with a connecting rod (5-6), the other end of the second crank (5-5) is connected to one end of the connecting rod (5-6) in a rotatable manner, and the other end of the connecting rod (5-6) is connected to the lower portion of the back surface of the arc-shaped crushing wall (4). The apparatus is convenient to install and convenient and rapid to maintain, achieves convenient and rapid adjustment of an ore discharge port and effective protection of relevant parts when the crusher encounters iron blocks or overloaded occurs, and enables the crusher to eliminate eccentric load and operate efficiently.
