Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to make adjustment work more efficient. The inner perimeter of a section 10 is provided with: a bearing hole 1202 formed from rolling-element bearings 16 on both ends; a friction generation part 26 which comprises a brake shoe 18, a coil spring 22, and a grub screw 20 and generates friction against a rotating shaft 24 passing through the bearing hole 1202; and a friction adjustment part 28 comprising the grub screw 20 for adjusting the friction in the friction generation part 26. An adjustment member drive actuator 42 adjusts the friction of the friction adjustment part 28 by rotating an adjustment member 40 forward and backward. The adjustment member drive actuator 42 is controlled to rotate the adjustment member 40 forward and backward such that the friction in the friction generation part 26 of the section 10 falls within a predetermined range, thereby making it possible to adjust the friction adjustment part 28 automatically and in a short time.
