CLAIMS
1. An adornment / accessory (1) enabling the physical and spiritual features of the people to be permanent and the energy the people have to be delivered to the other people; wherein it comprises a sterilized inorganic material (2) belonging to the human body which is fixed on it.
2. The adornment / accessory (1) according to Claim 1 ; wherein the inorganic material (2) comprises an individual or a combination selected from the group consisting of hair, tooth, bone, kidney stone and gallbladder stone. 3. The adornment / accessory (1) according to Claim 1 ; wherein the adornment / accessory (1) is necklace, earring, wristlet, ring or brooch.
4. The adornment / accessory (1) according to Claim 1 ; wherein the adornment / accessory (1) is made of gold, silver, platinum and steel ores.
5. The adornment / accessory (1) according to Claim 1 ; wherein further it comprises at least one worthless, semi valuable or valuable adornment stone

ADORNMENTS AND ACCESSORIES COMPRISING INORGANIC MATERIALS
BELONGING TO THE HUMAN BODY
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is related to the adornments and accessories such as necklace, earring, wristlet, ring or brooch produced by means of using sterilized inorganic materials such as hair, tooth, bone, kidney stone, gallbladder stone and etc. belonging to the human body and developed so as to make the physical and spiritual features of the people be permanent and to make the energy they have to be delivered to the other people.
BACKGROUND OF THE ART
The adornment is defined as subjects and accessories in various shapes and materials designed so as to provide a unity and colour harmony with the casual clothes of a person, create one self's own style and reflect one's personality, and also to have a feeling of pleasantness. It is fallen in with that it is believed commonly in communal that the adornments protect the carrier from secret power, evil eyes and the wickedness; also they bring luck.
In addition to being the symbol of beauty and increasing the self-confidence of the people by the energy they add, the adornments made of precious stones and ores that the hegemonic classes and the priests in the Mesopotamia, Egypt, Hellenic, Etruscan and Roman kings wore have been the symbol of the power of the religion and the state with their majestic shapes. With the humans passing into the permanent settlement, between the ages 7000 and 5000 B.C., everything in the nature such as stone, animal teeth, bone, and sea shells have been designed as chaplets, wristlet and ring and have taken their place in life. Currently, especially the teeth and the bones of the animals such as shark are used in the production of necklace, earring and wristlet.
Other than that, one of the studies in the literature related to the adornments is the utility model application no TR 97/01035 related to the "Massive Steel Adornment
Material" used in the production of gems in the jewellery sector. In this application, adornment material created by means of being processed with other ores such as gold, emerald, ruby and sapphire is disclosed. Another study being the patent application no WO0191595 is related to a gem where a decorative element probable to have a stone, a pearl or another piece of gem on itself is fixed in a way that it can move.
The patent application no DE3315082 is related to a method for decorating the adornments produced of iron or steel with the silver in the pearl. The said silver is applied to the iron or the steel part of the section of the adornment in solid particles by means of using a fluid.
However, the adornments disclosed in the said patent applications or the patents are produced in various patterns, colours and shapes and they are put on the market in a way that they have an aesthetically appealing view. Written notes such as name, birth date and etc. related to the owner might be applied on these kinds of ornaments by means of laser. However, no adornments or accessories comprising pieces such as hair, tooth, bone, stone and etc. belonging to the human beings have been fallen in with.
Consequently, the requirement for adornments or accessories eliminating the disadvantages in the present technique and the inadequacy of the present solutions has entailed to make a development in the related technical area.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
From this state of the related art, the object of the invention is to develop adornments or accessories enabling the physical and spiritual features of the people to be permanent and the energy the people have to be delivered to the other people.
Another object of the invention is to develop original adornments or accessories appealing to the consumer groups having various pleasures.
Another object of the invention is to enable the exclusive physical features of the people to be preserved with the adornments and the accessories produced.
So as to achieve the said objects the adornment / accessory developed comprises of sterilized inorganic material belonging to the human body fixed on it.
So as to achieve the said objects, it comprises of inorganic materials such as hair, tooth, bone, kidney stone, gallbladder stone and etc.
So as to achieve the said objects the adornment / accessory developed is necklace, earring, wristlet, ring or brooch.
So as to achieve the said objects the adornment / accessory developed is produced of materials such as gold, silver, platinum, steel and etc.
So as to achieve the said objects the adornment / accessory developed also comprises of at least one worthless, semi valuable or valuable adornment stone.
So as to achieve the said objects the adornment stone is selected from the group composed of crystal, diamond, brilliant, sapphire, emerald, ruby, pearl, champleve and glass.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is related to the adornments / accessories (1) such as necklace, earring, wristlet, ring and brooch produced by means of using inorganic materials (2) such as hair, tooth, bone, kidney stone, gallbladder stone and etc. belonging to the human body and developed so as to make the physical and spiritual features of the people be permanent and to make the energy they have to be delivered to the other people.
In the production of said adornments / accessories (1) sterilized inorganic materials (2) such as hair, tooth, bone, kidney stone, gallbladder stone and etc. belonging to the human body are used. The said inorganic materials (2) may be used single or in combination on the same adornment / accessory (1 ).
After the said inorganic materials (2) are sterilized, they are used with the worthless, semi valuable or valuable adornment stones (3) such as crystal, diamond, brilliant, sapphire, emerald, ruby, pearl, champleve, glass and etc. on the adornments / accessories (1) produced of ores such as gold, silver, platinum, steel and etc.
The adornments / accessories (1) produced by using hair:
Hair, one of the said inorganic materials (2) is processed by means of wrapping on the adornments / accessories (1) produced of ores such as gold, silver, platinum, steel, and etc. Alternatively, the hair is fixed by being positioned on the adornment / accessory (1) prepared in advance in a way that it functions as a chain by means of being bonded. Also, after the hair gets the shape of the bond, it can be used as adornment / accessory (1) such as necklace, wristlet and etc.
The hair fixed on the adornment / accessory (1) can be formed variously accbrding to the kind of the adornment / accessory (1). The perspective view of the adornment / accessory (1) comprising of inorganic material (2) is given in the Fig 1. The hair as an inorganic material (2) is processed by wrapping on the ring seen as an adornment / accessory (1) in Fig 1 ; and an adornment stone (3) is positioned at its inner part.
The adornments / accessories (1) produced by using tooth:
The tooth, another one of the said inorganic materials (2), is use with the worthless, semi valuable or valuable adornment stones (3) such as crystal, diamond, brilliant, sapphire, emerald, ruby, pearl, champleve, and glass and etc. by means of being produced of ores such as gold, silver, platinum, steel and etc. by its natural form and structure or by means of shaping according to the desire. The tooth toots are used as the tabs holding the adornment stone (3).
The adornments / accessories (1) produced by using bone:
The bone having the feature of being capable of several processes can be applied, can be processed and shaped according to the structure of the adornment / accessory (1). Alternatively, it can be cut as faceted or non-faceted. Another using style is that it is used with various chemicals after being transformed into the bone ash.
The adornments / accessories (1) produced by using stone:
The process is made regarding the form of the kidney or gallbladder stone. The worthless, semi valuable and valuable adornment stones (3) are fixed (crimping) on the kidney or gallbladder stone and it is produced by means of being combined with the ores such as gold, silver, platinum, steel and etc.
The protection coverage of this application is defined in the claims section and certainly it cannot be limited to what has been described above by the object of exemplifying. It is clear that an innovation of a technical expert may be used in changing sections in form; and similar configurations may be used in different areas
in the similar object. Therefore, it is obvious that such configurations will lack of the criteria of innovation and especially exceeding the background art.
