Abstract:
The present invention discloses an adsorption filler for a dialysate, and the adsorption filler is a composite of a solid-state material having a high polymer material adhered thereto. The solid-state material is in the form of particles between 0.1 μm to 1 mm, and is selected from one and combinations of adsorption materials, including a silicon-based adsorption material, a zirconium-based adsorption material, a manganese-based inorganic adsorption material, a metal oxide or composite metal oxide, such as aluminum oxide and titanium oxide, montmorillonite, activated carbon, etc. The high polymer material is one or more of mixed high polymers or cross-linked polymers, including a polysaccharide polymer, a protein polymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylate, and a derivative thereof. The adsorption filler for a dialysate disclosed in the present invention uses the high polymer in the filler to form a hydrogel or a tacky colloid wrapping or adhering to the solid-state adsorption material, such that superior adsorption capability of the material is retained while leakage of fine particles of the adsorption material is effectively controlled, thereby reducing the risk of a dialysis treatment.
