Abstract:
Disclosed are an adsorption tower (100), an adsorption purifying system and a purifying method. The adsorption tower (100) comprises an adsorption tower body (101) and a heat exchange device, wherein the adsorption tower (100) is provided with a raw material gas inlet connection pipe (105) and a purified gas outlet connection pipe (106), the heat exchange device comprises a plurality of heat exchange pipes (109) arranged in the adsorption tower (100), and there is a gap (110) for being filled with an adsorbing agent between the heat exchange pipes (109). The adsorption purifying system comprises at least two adsorption towers (100) connected in parallel, wherein part of the adsorption towers (100) are in an adsorption state, part of the adsorption towers are in an adsorption stage, and part of the adsorption towers are in an adsorbent regeneration stage. The purifying method comprises the steps of adsorption and adsorbent regeneration. In the adsorbent regeneration step, both the heat exchange device and a heat regeneration gas are first used for heating the adsorbent, and then, both the heat exchange device and a cold regeneration gas are adopted to cool the adsorbent, which can reduce the amount of regeneration gas.
