AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 26 October 2018 (26.10.2018) In support of an application for a patent for industrial invention entitled: ADVANCED MEDICATION WHICH ALLOWS THE MONITORING OF THE MICROBIAL COUNT OF SKIN WOUNDS BY PROMOTING THE CYCATRIZATION PROCESS AND THE CONTROL OF THE VITAL PARAMETERS OF THE SUBJECTS ON WHOM IT IS APPLIED. ~k ~k ~k ~k ~k ~k 1) Advanced medication which allows the control of the bacterial load of the superficial injuries, that supports the healing process of the injuries, as well as the monitoring of the vital parameters of the subjects to whom it is applied, characterized by a central body (101) made of any biocompatible material: a- made of an electroilluminescent group (106) transparent or removable, which operates with fixed or pulsed light, pre-programmed and/or programmable, emitting electromagnetic radiation at different wavelengths ; b- whose material composed of dispersed carbon is formed by nanotubes (105) and / or other similar materials that allow the heat coming from the skin to be diffused outwards, and by a system of unidirectional microchannels (103) that allow the 16 storage and expulsion of the liquids coming from the wound; c- a set of sensors that allow, once the dressing is applied, the monitoring of the vital functions of the patient, such as the temperature and the diastolic and systolic pressure. 2) Advanced medication, as per previous claims, in which, located at the top, in the middle of the central body (101), there is an electroilluminescent group (106) that, for an optimal care and wound healing action, is made from three electroilluminescent systems able to emit electromagnetic radiations at different wavelengths, where : a) the first system (107) emits an electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength with a peak in the range between 400nm and 420nm, operating with fixed and/or pulsed light; b) the second system (108) emits an electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength with a peak in the range between 440nm and 460nm, operating with fixed and/or pulsed light; c) the third system (109) emits an electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength with a 17 peak in the range between 600nm and 1200nm, operating with fixed and/or pulsed light; 3) Advanced medication, as per claim 2) A- -, in which the electroilluminescent group (106) can also be made by one only electroilluminescent system or by two or more electroilluminescent systems (107, 108 e 109) depending on the wounds to treat. 4) Advanced medication, as per claim 2) A- -, in which, below the light source of the electroilluminescent group (106), in the substrate (118) is added a thin coating of Titanium Dioxide (T1O2) or Tungsten Trioxide (WO3) or other similar material, activated by the frequencies emitted by the electroilluminescent source to increase the self- cleaning functionality of the invention. 5) Advanced medication, as per previous claims, that at the base of the central body (101) has a sensor (110) for the detection of the electrocardiographic trace (Electrocardiography Sensor), a sensor (111) for the detection of the arterial hemoglobin saturation and beats per minute (Pulse Oximeter Sensor), a sensor (112) for the detection of body temperature (Temperature Sensor) , a sensor (113) for the detection of the relative 18 humidity at the surface (Relative Humidity Sensor) , a sensor (114) for the detection of the diastolic and 75 systolic pressure (Systolic/Diastolic Blood Pressure Sensor) , that collect the biometric data on a memory to be inserted in a special compartment (115), with the option to transfer such data to a Server or to a dedicated computer via wireless communication systems 80 (116) . 19 |
