The present invention relates to the technical field of advertisement placement, and specifically to an advertisement placement method, advertisement server and system. The advertisement placement method comprises: acquiring a duration of an audio-video requested to be playbacked through the advertisement server, and determining whether the duration of the audio-video requested to be playbacked is less than a preconfigured duration of an audio-video or not; if the duration of the audio-video requested to be playbacked is less than the preconfigured duration of an audio-video, determining whether an accumulation of a parameter of a state in which no pre-movie advertisement is placed when the user watches the audio-video within a time threshold is greater than a preconfigured accumulation parameter threshold or not; and if the accumulation parameter of the state in which no pre-movie advertisement is placed when the user watches the audio-video within the preconfigured time threshold is greater than the preconfigured accumulation parameter threshold, placing a pre-movie advertisement to the audio-video requested to be playbacked. Compared with the prior art, the present application has the advantages that the user watching experience is optimized and the advertisement inventory is increased.
