The disclosed aerated-water generator for taps is equipped with: a cylindrical housing (2); a spout block (3) disposed inside the housing (2) and having a cup-shaped spout section (3u) to which tap water (Wo) is provided, and which comprises a plurality of radial water grooves (3s) formed on a guide surface (3g) provided on the internal base of the spout section (3u), said water grooves (3s) guiding the tap water (Wo) in a radial direction and making the tap water (Wo) spout at least in a horizontal direction from the top of spout outlets (3so); an elastic ring (4) disposed on the guide surface (3g); a cylindrical pressurisation block (5) having a pressure receiving section (5i) which receives water pressure, and the bottom end of which abuts the top of the elastic ring (4); and an air/water mixing section (6) which generates aerated water (W) by guiding the tap water (Wo) spouted from the spout outlets (3so) downwards and mixing the tap water (Wo) with air.
