Abstract:
This aeration member comprises: a cylindrical holding member (20) having an external protruding portion (22) protruding outward from an outer peripheral surface; an aeration membrane (10) mounted in such a manner as to cover one of the extremity portions in a central line direction of the holding member (20), for preventing liquids and solids from penetrating from the exterior of the holding member (20) to the interior of the holding member (20) while permitting a gas to flow between the interior and the exterior; and a cover member (30) provided in the periphery of the holding member (20), and having: a side wall portion (31); a crest portion (33) plugging one of the extremity portions in the central line direction of the side wall portion (31); and an internal protruding portion (32) protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion (31) to the interior while being in contact with the external protruding portion (22) of the holding member (20) in such a manner as to form an aeration path R, where the gas flows, between the aeration membrane (10) and the crest portion (33).
