An aerial vehicle and a foldable landing gear thereof, comprising: a first support frame provided with a first gear; a second support frame arranged below the first support frame and pivotally connected to the first support frame, the second support frame being provided with a second gear meshed with the first gear, and the first gear rotating to drive the second gear into rotation, thus allowing the first support frame to move relative to the second support frame.
