Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hydrophilic silica aerogel blanket for ultra-high temperature insulation, a method for manufacturing same and a construction method thereof, and more specifically, provided are a method for manufacturing a hydrophilic aerogel blanket and a hydrophilic aerogel blanket manufactured thereby, the method including adding a basic catalyst in a maturing step, thereby reinforcing a silica gel structure, skipping a surface modification step, thereby enabling the reduction of manufacturing costs by saving processing time and costs, and fundamentally blocking volatile organic compounds (VOCs), thereby enabling the inhibition of a malodor from developing during construction, and provided is a construction method of an aerogel blanket for ultra-high temperature insulation, the method enabling the inhibition of a malodor from developing, and at the same time, enabling the prevention of insulation performance loss due to moisture in the air when constructing an ultra-high temperature pipeline system using the hydrophilic aerogel blanket.
