Abstract:
An aerogel complex that is the product of drying a wet gel that is a condensate of a sol that contains silica particles and at least one type of compound selected from the group that consists of polysiloxane compounds represented by general formula (B) and hydrolysis products of said polysiloxane compounds. [In formula (B), R1b represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, or an aryl group, R2b and R3b each independently represent an alkoxy group, R4b and R5b each independently represent an alkyl group or an aryl group, and m represents an integer from 1 to 50.]
