Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an aerosol-forming substrate and an aerosol-generating system. The aerosol-forming substrate comprises yohimbine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof, wherein the mass percentage of the yohimbine or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or the hydrate thereof is 0.1%-10% based on the total mass of the aerosol-forming substrate. The aerosol-forming substrate provided in the present invention is not carbonized after being heated multiple times by means of using an electronic atomization device, and has a high conversion rate of yohimbine. The dosage of the aerosol-forming substrate is close to that of oral administration or injection administration used in current clinical trials, so that the safety can be guaranteed.
