Abstract:
The present application provides an aerosol generating apparatus and a control method for an aerosol generating apparatus. The aerosol generating apparatus comprises: a housing, an accommodating cavity being provided in the housing, and the accommodating cavity being capable of being opened and closed; a microwave generating apparatus located in the accommodating cavity, the microwave generating apparatus being provided with a microwave control circuit; and a first detection member disposed in the accommodating cavity, the first detection member being electrically connected to the microwave control circuit, and when the first detection member detects that the accommodating cavity is opened, disconnecting the microwave control circuit. If the first detection member detects that the accommodating cavity is opened, a detection signal of the first detection member is sent to a controller, and the controller controls the microwave control circuit to disconnect; at that time, even if a signal is detected indicating that microwaves are needed to act on an aerosol substrate to generate aerosol, the microwave control circuit cannot control an execution circuit to connect, so microwaves are not generated, thereby preventing harm to a user caused by microwave leakage.
