Abstract:
Provided are an aerosol-generating article and an aerosol-generating device used therewith. The aerosol-generating device, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, comprises: a housing for forming a receiving space for receiving an aerosol-generating article; and a heater unit for heating the aerosol-generating article received in the receiving space, wherein the aerosol-generating article may comprise a filter rod and a tobacco rod comprising a cavity segment filled with tobacco granules. The heater unit has a structure for heating only the cavity segment, or heating the tobacco rod from the inside and outside simultaneously and thus may effectively heat the filled tobacco granules.
